September brings us back to school , college and work.  The long, sunny summer holidays are over and we are back to “routine.”  Gill Wright (Massage and Holistic Therapies) Ltd is back in the routine of monthly meditation for relaxation sessions.

These sessions aim to help you to switch off from your busy, hectic life and have some time for you, to relax mind and body.

Last term the sessions were very successful and everyone seemed to enjoy them, perhaps realising they just don’t put time aside for themselves.

Relaxation is an integral part of keeping our lives in balance.  We work hard and give lots of energy to others, so really must try to keep ourselves healthy – we exercise and eat well to keep our bodies healthy but offen ignore out mental health.

Meditation for relaxation aims to address this balance and I want to help you to learn to relax and let go of life’s stresses and strains, so why not come along and give meditaion a try?
