Meeting Room Hire

A more professional way to hold your meetings!

When businesses want to hold a professional meeting with a client or associate they often have an issue of where to meet.  This is especially true for businesses that operate from home; it’s not an ideal venue to give the best impression for an important meeting!  Hotel lobbies, bars or cafés are not suitable for discussing confidential business matters when you may worry about who is overhearing your conversations.

Hourly or Daily Basis

The Business Base offers meeting room hire on an hourly or daily basis from as little as £6.50 per hour plus VAT; which gives you a professional and cost effective way to hold your meetings.

The main conference room comfortably seats 12 round table and has the added benefit of a breakout area, which is ideal for serving refreshments for larger meetings.  The tables can also be removed for training sessions allowing room for more delegates where necessary.  For smaller or less formal meetings there is an alternative room which is perfect for up to 4 persons if preferred.  Refreshments and lunches can also be provided with a range of different options to suit your individual needs.

Perfect for all size groups or meetings

Ideal for holding 1-2-1’s, group meetings or training sessions you will benefit from free wifi access and onsite car parking.  Our Receptionist will greet your visitor(s), giving you and your company a more professional image.
